Has anyone tried this? Curious if this is the real deal.

Don't think it's the real deal, but a copycat

Anyone try this? How's good is the port?

It's not a port. It's an actual iOS implementation of Open Transport Tycoon Deluxe and is likely in violation of their terms of use. It's the real deal and will likely be pulled soon.
Edit: It even allows the downloading of content from their site! |

And the grass is blue...
I'm going to try downloading different graphic assets via the app to see if I can get back to the default set. Other than that, it looks identical to the original OTTD that briefly appeared on the app store a few years ago. |

Interesting... But game's working properly? I mean, it's the same game there was on PC years ago? And where's the deal, if this game is soon to be pulled off from Appstore? You pay for it, download/install on your ipad and then no more way to restore from backup, am I right?
Excuse me for my many questions, I'm really curious about this... |

bought it, but all the text is too tiny for me.
The colors are all messed up. and in general... tons of icons, but no clue what to do. hard to navigate. |

Yes, the buttons are too small, the interface is designed for a mouse and it's incredibly complex... Still, it's Transport Tycoon on the iPad! |
