From the video, it looks like you get outnumbered a lot!

Anyways, looks like a really great hack-n-slash.

The game looks great on the new ipad but combat is a tad too slow, especially after dialo 3. It seems to be a competent hack and slash, you've got the loot, you can identify uncommon or rare objects and you kill things. Gear doesn't seem to reflect on you appearance. You gain skills as you level up... No surprises there but you don't level up with xp but with quests!
Two heroes for now with different quests. (the first one is free, the second one is 65 gems)
Can't comment on iap yet, but for free this is surprsingly solid.
Gems, scrolls and gold can be found in game or bought.

Update 2: At the end of each quest you go to a town, where you can send your items to your stash, sell them or buy new ones. You can then select a new quest but like some freemium games you need to wait 5 minutes between each missions to get a new one... Of course you can speed up that process by using gems and it gets worse each time (10 minutes...)
Pathfinding is solid and you get a lot of loot, just got my first epic item \o/ (items range from trash to legendary, they can be identified by the color of the bag you just looted)
The maps are pretty linear but you can find rooms full of treasures or ennemies if you really search for them. It seems to be dungeon only for now, no exterior maps.

Update 3: So here's how iap works!
You can purchase gems or obtain them in game (loot/ finishing a quest). They can then be used to purchase gold or identification scrolls. You can also use those gems to speed up the next quest (you can replay them for free) or to buy special items from the shop. If you don't have any identification scrolls you can go to the appraiser when you are in town to identify that object ( it will take a few minutes, you can speed up the identification for free when there's a minute left.)
