I have played (and enjoyed) Azkend, Diamond Twister, Rise of Atlantis, and Treasures of Montezuma.
I have played (and not much cared for) Bejeweled 2 and Candy. Probably because I like a bit of a goaland interesting powerups.. Are there other games in this genre that are worth trying out? Thanks, Michael |

Gemmed! is one of my favorites and offers a different twist. In the midst of matching 3, you are also trying to get some little monsters to their exit. There are multiple modes of play from casual (no obstacles in the later levels) to more challening (with obstacles of ice, rock, and ever growing slime). There is a Lite version so you can try it out first.

If Bejeweled is considered a Match-3 game it's pretty good.

Really now, Bejeweled pretty much was the base of all match-3 games. But it lacks features now, which is why there are better ones.
I would just say Montezuma, but you already played it. I consider it to be the best one. |

Trism is by far my favorite.

Everything that is mentioned in this thread plus check out Smiley Puzzle. There isn't a super twist to this game besides Match-3, but the funny graphics and sound effects make it fun.

I suggest trying the following Lites: Gemmed, Samurai Puzzle Battle (a mixture of match-3 and Risk) and Puzzle Quest (mixture of match-3 and RPG).

Nice to see some games I've never even heard of in this thread. Love me some match 3, thanks for the suggestions, keep them coming
![]() Just stumbled across Waterlily, new take on match 3. The lite version is very interesting. Last edited by MrSnap; 05-22-2009 at 05:41 PM.. |

Btw, Puzzle Quest ch. 1 and 2 will last you quite a while unless you play it for 48 hours straight.
