I'm not sure why this game isn't listed on AppShopper, but it is truly a hidden gem, I've played with it for a few days now. The game is incredibly polished, it screams of high production values. Proper review to follow...

Edit: it seems the game is currently only in the Canadian App store. What a shame, they must be testing it here before a wider release - all seems to function well though.

I highly recommend checking this out once it's released globally (or for Canadians, right now)!

Yeah, it's widely known that Canada is testing ground for online games.
Happened alot.

Games usually tend to show up 4-6 weeks after the Canada release.

It looks like the game is live now.

It's up on the US store now. I played it for a couple minutes and it looked decent. Very small buttons and text on iPhone though. Hard to read at times.

This game is great. I downloaded it with my Canadian account so I've been playing it for awhile now.

Don't let the fact that the game is free deter you. I was initially hesitant because it looked nice but I was worried it would follow the typical freemium model. There is nothing in the game that you need to pay to access, as such it's not necessary to purchase gems to make the game worth playing. The devs start you out with a generous amount of gems (500, which really go a long way) and you can earn a lot more through game achievements.

The online play is great. Once you unlock the castle you can join clans. Clan members can help you out by donating troops to help with your defenses and raids.

The premise of the game is pretty simple, you build up your home base by constructing defenses and resource gatherers. You can gain trophies and resources by raiding other players online and reversly they can raid you to steal your resources. Alot of emphasis is placed on building up a strong home base to protect against raids.

RTS fans shouldn't pass this one up!
