Seems you hunt for cards but then (at about 2:30 in the video) the battles are automated. Not sure how I feel about that.

Automatic card battles does not seem like fun. They couldn't come up with something resembling a normal CCG?

I'd say it's probably 99.9% Japanese. lol I couldn't even start the game. I couldn't figure out what it wanted me to type in at the beginning. The English (US) version might come out a while after this one.

I feel like they wanted to try something new but I've been anticipating this for a LONG TIME. I thought gamevil's card game might keep me occupied until this came out but it wasn't that great.

Does anyone know how long it took for english version of FSS to release? I'm just curious if anyone could guess when it'll come out. I hope it's not like samurai bloodshow where they release it to japan like 3-4 months early or something like that =\

The one gameplay video looked like it was a English version to me. I wouldn't think they'd scrap it and just release a Japanese version. I think Fortune Street was out for like a month or so before it came to the US. It could take longer I guess though.

Edit: March 22, I had seen Fortune Street in the Japan Store. According to AppShopper it came out in the US on May 30.
