I noticed this maybe a week ago. I'm seeing 5 smiley poop emojis between s and 7 (these things http://xn--ls8h.la/ ). It seems like a really weird encoding bug. Any time you try to write l-e-w-i-s without the dashes on the forum, it is replaced by the symbols, like this 💩💩💩💩💩

You did probably nothing but someone with the Name between the S and 7 did something very stupid and therefor that Nickname is Banned for probably as long as TA will exist.

Long story short, we had a very mentally ill woman threatening to personally sue me, TouchArcade, and everyone else remotely involved because people were posting about her. There were absolutely no legal grounds for such threats, but I could only handle the 24/7 text message harassment for so long.

I made it impossible to even mention her, I added any words that could be even used to address or mention she who shall not be named to the censoring filter. Things have since died down, so I'll remove it!

Of course the very mention of this might cause it to flare up again, so, *sigh*
