Enabling Motion Blur for MC3 on iPad 3

Ok guys, so I know we've managed to mod a few games graphically in the past like GTA3, (a cinch) Spiderman, and TDKR (just change some values in text files). But has anyone managed to enable motion blur for the new iPad for Modern Combat 3? It's rather annoying not having the effect, and I looked through the app but couldn't find any files that might be the effects settings. Anyone tried this and had some success?
