I may be biased because I love and instabuy all Kairosoft games but I would recommend it. There's plenty of reviews/impressions on the web, including this site, which is great as well.

Ah yes, more Kairosoft. This looks like a departure from all their recent town building games...I may have a sleep deprived weekend as well.
