1. BUILD HOTEL 2. MAKE MUSIC 3. STOP TADSTOCK

"Bad Hotel is a chaotic, lovely experience... " - indiegames.com

"... you seriously need to check out Bad Hotel."- Touch Arcade

"...to understand how excellent Bad Hotel is, you need to play it. And you need to hear it...I like Bad Hotel so much I'd buy it for you. Get it. It's for iPhone and iPad. It's wonderful. " - Kotaku

"Bad Hotel is a delicious treat for eyes, ears, and intellect. Its a delightful way to spend some time in a nice comfy chair, iPad in hand, with perhaps a glass of wine and fuzzy slippers upon the feet. Bravo to Lucky Frame..."- 148apps.com

"completely awesome...Lucky Frame, keep this kind of stuff coming. "- Gamezebo

IGF-nominated Lucky Frame brings you their latest crazy musical game creation: Bad Hotel. An insane hybrid of tower defence and procedural music, with beautiful art and tons of bullets.

You are a budding entrepreneur, whose hotel is rather unfortunately located within the territory of Tarnation Tadstock, the Texas Tyrant. Your only defense against Tadstocks army of seagulls, rats, yetis, and more is to build your hotel as quickly and intelligently as possible, using an array of increasingly sophisticated weapons.

The beautiful artwork, quirky storyline, and frantic gameplay all work seamlessly together with a generative music system, which creates original music depending on the players actions and decisions. The player becomes a composer, creating complex musical structures to defend their hotel. A vast variety of music can be generated, from delicate beach chillout to country
banjo techno.

Neat video!
When I first read the title I thought it was another blood soaked shoot them up game where zombies have over taken a hotel!!
I see it being played on an iPad ... How does it translate to iPhone/iTouch?
From watching the video I guess the hotels are mad and fighting back...ok sounds like it could happen

I hate it when good releases come out before our typical "NZ release days". Makes it so bloody hard to decide what to get and what not to get. Either way...this looks bloody good, and it's a buck? I CAN'T HAS LUNCH FER A MONTH NAO DERP~!

Yeah, it works great on the smaller screens, I have played it beginning to end on my iPhone 4. We just shot the video on the ipad because it is easier to fit on the camera

Despite my aversion to anything related to the 'defense'- genre, I am completely won over by the generative music and composer aspect of this. Not to mention that slick design sense... This will be mine. Roll on 'midnight' release!

Wow and this is why I love IOS! A neat concept executed well. It reminds me of Beat Sneak Bandit (albeit without the same level of perfection) and it is totally addicting.
Well worth it!
