Not having lots of IAPs that's how. This kind of 'free' is definitely not free.

It has a Tribez HD feel about it though nowhere near as polished and this is designed to make you spend real money on consumables. Things take too long even at the beginning. Not ridiculous amounts of time but long enough to make it tedious and boring.
