Odd. :/ Have you tried searching for it in iTunes as opposed to using the appinfo here? It's on the Lebanese store.

The game is out everywhere except in Spain, France, Brazil, Belgium and The Netherlands. I know it seems a bit unfair, but you'll get localized versions asap. More news on that when we're ready.
