How does old games look like on iPhone5?

I'm curious how old games look like on its new resolution.
I'm thinking to update my games to support it but it may be quite long to get one (I'm not in the US)

*Update: sorry I thought it's available already, but seems 21 Sept. is the soonest to have one.

Apple already confirmed that the old games will be letterboxed. So you'll have ugly black boarders at the sides of the screen but the main game will look normal.

You know you don't need a new iPhone to update your games, right? just get the latest version of Xcode and use the simulator... That's what I did with mine and it seems to work fine.
