Sooooo disappointed. Classic game and they turn it into the flavour of the month which is another temple run clone it seems. Arrgh!

It's not even in a similar perspective to Zaxxon, which was the big draw, back in the day. The ship doesn't look the same (the wings swoop forward, not back, for example). It's not even the same color! There is literally nothing about this that says "Zaxxon" apart from the title (though I imagine they'll use some sound effects and music).

I was okay with the Pitfall game, since it actually seemed to fit the spirit of the game somewhat (and it was a good game), but this just seems like a game that some marketing suit decided would sell more units if they tied it to a nostalgia property.

This is lame!!! Zaxxon was one of my favorite games from the 80's and now they turn it into this garbage It could've been sooooo much better had they stuck with original gameplay but ramped up the graphics and controls for iOS standards.

For $.99 I'll give it a try... But I hope it's not going to ruin my childhood memories of the game...

I guess im the only one excited about this. I know they didnt make what we were expecting, but if they pull off a good runner type game i'll be happy.

One more title that's interesting to me and i'll have to use my debit card to buy stuff on the appstore. Goddang appstore is giving me problems with my credit card.
