Default Cowboy vs. Ninjas vs. Aliens (by Dead Mushroom)[Universal][5 promocodes available!]

Dead Mushroom just launched a new game! The game is priced at $1,99!
(We are giving away 5 promocodes, just send me a PM if you want one. We just ask for a review of the game in this thread if you received a promocode!)

APP DESCRIPTION:
The player is Chuck West, a cowboy that used to live peacefully
until aliens and ninjas invaded his city.

He must fight against his enemies in nine different scenarios in
order to reconquer the Old Wild West! The controller is a dual pad (or
twin stick), with both manual and auto aim available. There are many
different enemies to defeat, each one with its own behavior and strategy.
The game quickly goes from easy-to-play to insane mode!

Lots of different weapons to choose:
● 6 human weapons (pistols, shotguns, submachine guns!)
● 5 alien weapons
● 6 types of bombs

Chuck West can also be customized! There are 7 different trendy hats to be used during the battles.
There is also four transportation types available, including a donkey and a floating alien motorcycle! The game is
full of in-game power-ups, such as the invincible mode that will raise the damage and fire rate.

I'd love a code, but I don't know when I'd be able to write a review. Why not send a promocode to user "Sanuku"? He doesn't write reviews, but he uploads lengthy videos (average 10 minutes) with gameplay. Those videos are very helpful to decide if you want to buy or not.

Default Game Impressions

Oh my. Oh my oh my oh my...

This was a delightful surprise, and I would agree with VirtualBoyFreak regarding asking Sanuku to post a video.

First, thanks for the code. I must confess, I leave impressions for every code I get, because it's the right thing to do, and it makes me a little crazy how many people take the codes and run. What that means in practice is that I sometimes have to be creative about how to be honest about a really bad game without being too harsh. No such issue here.

I have a soft spot for DSSs, anything adorable, collecting things, upgrading things, and gameplay that is challenging without being impossible, while being easy enough to be somewhat casual. Pretty tough to find games that hit all the bases, and, well, this one does.

The game is beautiful to look at, silly, and has great sounds. The controls work great. The upgrade system is deep but not hopelessly endless. Combat is fun, even with the starting weapon. The environments are fun to just roam around in, and the scale works well with regard to combat and movement.

The weapon/character system is equal parts purchasable (with in-game funds) and hidden within the game, a combination that is immensely satisfying for me.

So far, the in-game currency seems quite reasonable. After playing 4-5 rounds, I could have upgraded at least 3-4 of my items, either weapons, character, or transport (the options for which are hilarious)

Gamecenter support is present as well.

I can say one thing for certain. I currently have quite a few games to choose from (including some very high profile titles), and I will definitely see the end of this one. I really hope other TA members check this out, because I'd hate to have people miss this...

Best wishes and thanks again,

DBC

Nothing special here. I'm sure this genre of games is 'out', we are tired of minigore clones!
Come on dev, come on...show us something new!

No problem! I'm actually taking the liberty of PMing a few TA members I think might be interested...

One teeny tiny suggestion? Could you allow for screen rotation? When I play the game my phone is flipped with the speaker on the left, and it's a little unsettling... It's obviously not the end of the world, but habits, you know?
