Moved to the Lounge.

Basically, G4 is getting out of the gaming business. NBC wants them to be "Esquire TV". Sucks especially for the creative teams -- hope the shows get picked by Spike/GameTrailers.

Though the internet is the major source of 0 day information, I really enjoyed the fact that the charisma and encapsulated shows were something to at least sit and watch while mowing down on some dinner... Sadly it will be missed, but if this is the way things are going to go...then maybe Revision 3 or someone should pick up the slack online?

Sigh. The channel that I've tuned into nearly every day for the past 8 or so years has just turned it's back on the community that launched it. We all knew it was a sinking ship when Adam and Kevin left, and this is the final nail in the coffin.

I'm really hoping The Nerdist picks them up and they start all over on YouTube. As for now, looks like I'll have to watch Viral Video Showdown to keep up with Adam and Kevin.

So long G4.

yeah used to watch TECHtv back in 1999! shows slowly started to go downhill after 2004...g4

Yeah Adam was on X-Play since it's early days on TechTV with another co-host, and Morgan took over when the companies merged.

Good riddance. I've seen this coming miles away.

Adam Sessler most likely smelled this and bailed out before shit hit the fan in late Spring.
