Out of the loop, need game advice

Hey guys, so I haven't been following toucharcade or any site for a while and it will take me days to go back to when I was paying attention to game releases, so I'm hoping you can fill me in...

So the timeline is since puss and boots fruit ninja came out to now. I have no clue what good games have come out since then.

My favorites are sonic, cut the rope, fruit ninja, infinity blade... really any platformer, first person or puzzle game. Also any 2 player same screen co-op game that I can play against my friends

I just got punchquest and foresee it being awesome but if you guys can give me a list of games to check out, I will love you forever.
