Considering that No More Heroes was a bit of a cult hit in the US, and well reviewed, you would hope it would get an English translation at some point. However, Japanese dev's are notorious at not taking risks overseas.

What I think would be cool is an actual NMH game. Maybe the squel to Desperate Struggle. I've been telling my friend they should make the bullet hell mini-game from two (with the berry girls) into an iOS game. That's what I'd like to see.
