Do like the look of this, the video i saw before looked brilliant, love the graphics, lots of stuff to shoot just worried about the controls

Please be a twin stick shooter ! Would seem to work perfectly with the turret on the tank.

Seconded. The previous iBomber's were tilt-only, which I just couldn't get into.

Well watching a gameplay video (there was one over in the upcoming section for iBomber) the turret seems to move about as it obviously shoots in all directions. If it was tilt for movement it would have to be touch screen for shooting because of the angles.

Be crazy if it was tilt though and not dual stick. If its tilt i'll pass which is a shame as i love the look of the game. Thats why i hope someone from NZ gets this to let us know

It's TWIN STICK controls for sure! and you can customise there your layout, etc.

Hi Hi All

I'm the lead programmer on iBomber Attack and I can tell you its definitely a twin stick shooter game, and NOT tilt controlled.. that would be just awful ^_^

We have a host of configuration options of the twin sticks: floating, visible, fixed, clamped, reposition, and a special "remember direction" mode which remembers the direction the firing stick was last in when you put your finger down; that mode works a treat.

There is a lot of blowing things to bits in this game. You can get a flame thrower, machine gun, rocket launcher and (obviously) tank shells.

You also get extra equipment such as: bombs to drop (wouldn't be ibomber without the bombs), air support, speed ups, armour boosts... and a whole lot more. As well as a comprehensive upgrade system so you can permanently boost the power of your might tank ^_^

It also has swanky normal mapped shaders for lighting and water effects! We really tried to push up the spang on this one ^_^

It sounds great, instant purchase for me tonight. Love games like this, reminds me of 'Jackal' or 'Tank' from the good old days !

Reminds me a lot of Renegade Ops (PC/Consoles) and that's a good thing. Looks great.

Any IAP, and what are they for?
