Crypto Cross: cryptograms + crossword puzzles

Hi all,

I'm working on an app idea that will be a cross between crosswords and cryptograms (excuse the pun please).

I'm trying to avoid using a keyboard as in most cryptogram games, so I figured I'd only allow swapping between letters already on the screen. So all the letters you'd need to solve a puzzle are always visible, except that the counts of each letter will change (so it's not a super-anagram or something).

What do you think of this concept? I'm concerned it might be a little too easy after the first word falls, though I can't be sure on my own. Thanks!
