Couldn't find much info, but it looks like Kerosene Games (publisher of Bladeslinger) is publishing it and Open-Reset (twitter) is developing it.

This game is very well-known! Open-Reset and Luma Arcade are co-developing it, but Open-Reset plays the lead role. The game is under development using Unreal Development Kit (UDK) - the free version of Unreal Engine 3. For the plot of the game, official website of Kerosense Games said: "Join Goober, Flux Helix, Drake Mass, and Mewt 9 as you follow the bounty hunter group known as the HOGS as they travel across galaxies to strange and dangerous worlds collecting bounties."

We can find more information about the game on the showcase page of UDK on the official website of Unreal Engine. (for which Open-Reset said on their official website that they are very greatful!). Official screenshots can be found on the official page of the game on moddb, as well as on the official Twitter/ Facebook page of Kerosense Games.

The game is being developed for both iOS and Android (Tegra 3). Original release date is expected in late 2012, almost the same as Bladeslinger. However, as the App Store is being temporarily closed for new submission at the moment, the game is now expected to be released sometimes in early 2013. (The exact date is unknown yet!)
