Which software do you use on Mac to capture game play videos? Is Screenium 2 the best option and value for money?

I found that any screen capture method that uses AirPlay through Mac was jittery and slow. I'd recommend spending a little more and buying the Elgato Game Capture HD ($180)

http://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/snapzprox/ it has a cost, but it is awesome software - all the videos' i recorded for caveman which are posted on youtube (1024x768) are done using this software and it is very simple to use. i used another tool to convert from .mov to .mp4 HandBrake http://handbrake.fr/ second software is free - i also looked long and hard for a good video capture solution for macosx, this is what i ended up with (very very happy). |

I suggest elgato game capture HD. Toucharcade uses it also.
Easy to use works great. |

After couple of tests I sticked to ScreenFlow 4. Quite expensive, but it records at very good FPS.

Great suggestions here. Looks like recording good videos is still expensive. I suppose AirServer + QuickTime does not cut it for intensive games. Maybe just for apps.
