Games that didn't live up to expectations (2012)

Ok we have the best game of 2012 but I want to look at games that did not live up to the hype.
Any takers

My list

Mazes and monsters(update could change that)
Controls and long loading held back a promising Zelda clone.

Flashout(update in works might change this if any better)
Not great FPS and a "wipeout clone like everyone has done" just makes this average but not bad but right now not that great.

Ill update as I think of more but feel free to add.

Tech demos don't count! DT is one of the best tech demos ever! Plus, it has a really fun casino where you win all the time! Does modern combat 4 have a casino? No!!!!!

It was good until updates forced it to hardly work (touch 4)

Plus shadowgun was a crash fest wasn't it

Hell that's 5 plus games we wanted that stated they would be here: real racing 3, star command, oceanhorn and few others but when it happens it will be great.

Maybe zynga's better game but yea way overhyped. I think iPhone 5 support just got to it but look how long that took. They decided to do a "free sampler" before adding iPhone 5. Bad move.

I admit that it's cool, but overused environments, a confusing story, and freemium model implemented into a premium game really killed my desire to keep the game. I forced myself to complete the game and found it a waste of time.
