What is this indie game platform?

In recent videos from him, my favorite YouTuber (Northernlion) has been referencing a game downloading platform that sounds a lot like Steam, but it has a different selection of games on it. It starts with a d, and if I were to spell it how it sounded to me, it sounds like "Disura". Dih-soo-ruh.

A quick Google search came up with nothing, so I was hoping one of you TouchArcaders would be familiar with what gaming platform Northernlion would be talking about?
