I just got iexplorer and don't understand it can someone help me

It allows you to go through files on your iOS device like you would any other drive on your computer. Kind of self-explanatory.

Are you maybe attempting to add ROM's via the gridlee app?

iFunbox should be a lot faster and more simple to use. If your talking about iOS file browser systems on your PC/Mac that is.
