Question about jailbreaking

So I did a little research about jailbreaking iPhones, and I'm seriously considering it. The question is have is if you un-jailbreak you iphone and you need to take it to a Genius Bar, will they be able to find out you jail time your iPhone?

P.S. Don't worry, I'm not going to JB my phone for piracy AT ALL.

Hey guys, look, I finally stopped being lazy and changed my signature.

I believe they can, but chances are, they won't. Plus, you don't even have to unjailbreak your device. Just uninstall/disable any noticeable custom tweaks. Don't go in there with a custom lockscreen mod like IntelliscreenX, or a custom theme.

Yeah, I won't do anything foolish like that. Injustice wonder if they would check and see if this is unjailbroken. Thanks for the answer.

I wouldn't just go in with no tweaks, like the other guy said - Cydia will be a dead giveaway!

Just unjailbreak - I unjailbroke to take mine to Apple and they didn't question it at all. It's not like they're going to test every device that comes in to them.

If something online is free, you are not the customer - you are the product.
