How many puzzles should a great game have? Only unlimited!

Turnacle offers an unlimited amount of puzzles in two game modes, totaling six levels of difficulty. No two puzzles are the same. You will be challenged!

Solve puzzles, earn achievements and compete with your friends on the Game Center leaderboards.

In Turnacle, the goal is to solve grids consisting of colored discs. A grid consists of up to 66 discs with up to six colors. Rotate the discs so the colors align with the neighboring discs. If all discs are properly aligned, the grid is solved.

In Classic mode, you'll solve a sequence of grids as fast as possible. In Puzzle mode, you'll face the biggest grids yet, which you'll have to solve in the least possible moves.

Turnacle makes great use of the iPhone 5 screen. For exclusive content, try playing Turnacle on your iPad.

Features:
- Two challenging game modes: focus on speed or pure puzzle skills
- Achievements: rewarding skillful and innovative play
- Unlimited puzzles from a handcrafted puzzle generator
- Resume a game from the iCloud: lose your phone and still be able to finish your game
- Themes: choose between the original or the new color-blind look
- Social: share your achievement progress and new highscores on Facebook and Twitter (iOS 6 only)
- An interactive tutorial explaining the original game mechanics

This is the kind of game that some people will turn out to be extraordinarily good at! Perhaps you're one of them...

Thomvis's comments:
Hi,

I am the developer of a simple and fun puzzle game for iPhone and iPad called Turnacle. You might recognize the name, because for a few days, it was the #4 free app in the US and a lot of other countries. You might even be one of the 400K+ people who have downloaded Turnacle so far. (If so: thanks!)

Today, I released a new update (version 2.1) which contains feature requests, bug fixes and more. Also, with this update, Turnacle is now free, supported by ads that will be shown to non-paying players. The update includes:

★ New theme support: choose between the original or the new color-blind look
★ Share your achievement progress and new highscores on Twitter and Facebook (iOS 6 only)
★ Earn Kiip rewards when you set a new personal best or complete an achievement
★ New hidden achievement (hint: it is called "Sir Tap-a-Lot")
☂ Improved stability and reduced resource footprint

In my never-ending quest to gather feedback in order to improve my game, I turn to your community. Please let me know what you think!

You can download Turnacle for *free* from the App Store: https://itunes.apple.com/nl/app/id499153156?mt=8

Love this game. Great update.

I've got a question: If I downloaded this game a few weeks ago when it was free for a limited time, will I still have to pay to upgrade? (I don't mind paying for this excellent game, I was just wondering.)

Also, any hints for the "Out of the Box" achievement?

Thanks for your kind words.

Yes, if you downloaded the app for free you will have to upgrade if you don't want to see the ads. I hope most people will follow your rationale.

Regarding the 'Out of the box' achievement: It is achieved in puzzle mode. Thinking inside the box would be touching the discs and solving the grid. Thinking outside the box is touching all the gaps in a puzzle grid.
