How to Purchase Foreign Gift?

Hey everyone,

I have recently had a fellow TA'er go to a WHOLE lot of trouble to help me out with some issues I was having with the Gridlee/MAME rom system, and I'd like to repay his kindness with either some gifted apps from iTunes, or just a gift card. Trouble is, he's in England and I'm in Canada. Is there anything I can do to gift something to someone from another country? Thanks in advance, any help is much appreciated.

You can't. Only those who use the same country iTunes account as you, can redeem the code.

So the solution is that you buy him an England GC, or make an England account and gift him the app from there. Or tell him to make a Canadian iTunes account and he can redeem it from that account.
