Release Thread link to TouchArcade app discussion?

How can developers link their games release thread to the discussion listing that can be seen in the Touch Arcade app? Is there a special tag that is required or will that be manually added base on the name match? Anyone?

if you add an [appinfo] link, they will be associated.
