Spam Banning and Possible Mistakes

Hey guys

I went through and banned a lot of obvious SPAM accounts, but a few legitimate accounts might have been affected (if you share an IP Address with spammers). If you got banned tonight and are not a spammer, just email support@toucharcade.com and I'll check it out.

Will TA be looking into pre-moderating new accounts to reduce spamming? Say pre-moderate the initial 5 posts (or another number higher than 1)?

How do you know you are banned or not?
And is the a rule book or something of forum.
Also some info of app.

If you're banned then you can't post, so don't worry

I think that would be a lot of work. There's lots of new accounts everyday. Be very difficult to check all their first few posts
