UPDATE: the beta has finished. The game will be released on May 1. I've added a gameplay video:
Original post: Hi I've been working on my next game, Another pixel worker from sector 169. The game is almost finished and I'd like your input on what you think of the game. Plot: Inside all computer screens there are tiny pixel factories which create the images shown. You play as a robot worker in one of those factories. There you have to create pixels by combining different amounts of red, green and blue (RGB). And these pixels are used to create an image. There's a microsite at http://mulitasoft.com/games/apw/microsite where you can subscribe to get notified when the game is released. I'm using TestFlight to manage the beta. Sign up with the link below if you'd like to take part: http://tflig.ht/Y28C9w The game is an universal app. Bye Luis Last edited by xrm0; 04-16-2013 at 01:51 PM.. Are the levels timed? Also, could you give me a better sense of what a player does in the game? You can obviously PM me if you don't want the whole world knowing the details just yet. ![]() ![]() DBC |

As for what does the player has to do in the game: In each level you have to "build" an image by creating a certain amount of pixels. Pixels are created by moving the color component sliders (Red, Green, Blue) and creating a color similar to the required. The screen you'll see when playing is this one: ![]() In the rectangle with the static noise in the middle of the screenshot you'll see the image being formed with each pixel you build. There's a tutorial built in the game that explains all this. There are five different difficulty levels, each one changes several settings:
