Website: view new topics missing?

I have noticed since around yesterday that the usual [view new posts] menu item is missing. It used to be in that huge empty area next to [thread tools]...

Is that temporary, a glitch on my iPad, or has that feature been removed?

You mean "view first unread"? I see it. Maybe it's your browser?

Yeah, I don't wanna just be hatin' on the browser, but it seems to be showing a lot of stuff out of place. I wouldn't be surprised if it could also make stuff disappear.
