App Store Reviewer - "Boom Boom makes playing golf a blast, literally!"

You dont have to be a pro golfer to enjoy Boom Boom Hamster Golf. You just have to love firing adorable hamsters out of a cannon on the worlds most fantastic golf courses. These first nine holes take place on the exotic Lost Islands Course, located somewhere off of your Western Coast.

Nine unique island clusters showcase the holes, but beware of the monsters that inhabit some of these isles. They hate golfers stomping all over their turf, but with a little luck you can defeat them.

Play to lower your average; play for points and see how you rank in Game Center; play for coins and visit our Pro Shop for all kinds of goodies to make the whole day more fun! Or just pass the time on the range with a mini-game of hamster target practice!

Fun for everyone! So grab a handful of hamsters, dress em up, and hit the links!

The screenshot is good. Hope that the game will be, too.

"Wow!" is an understatement

This game's qualities of art, play mechanics, and physics are extraordinarily high, reminding me of some of Nintendo's best games. Everything about this inspires awe.

I just finished the 9-hole golf course. Although a 9-hole course sounds like a short game, most of the holes are long and fiendishly challenging -- and with Game Center connectivity there is an incentive to replay holes to improve scores and move up the leaderboard. Haven't had this much fun with an iOS game in a long time. It looks good on my iPad Mini, and amazing on my larger iPad with retina display. The idea of replacing a golf ball with a hamster sounds contrived and stupid, but it works extremely well in this game; the hamster's animations made me laugh, even when my shots were miscalculated.

The free version has far too many intrusive advertisements, so I paid 99 cents to remove them in the "pro shop".

I like the game, but it's rough around the edges. The controls need some work. It can be frustrating to move the camera around and judge the shot when the only thing you can do is truck back and forth with no rotate or pitch. Tapping the back of the cannon to enter firing mode is fine but a simple button would make it a smoother transition instead of having to move the camera back to the cannon when it's out of eyesight. The gameplay itself is pretty cool.

You can actually rotate the camera by using two fingers. If you get to the camera tutorial it should teach you about rotating and also the ability to tap to go back and forth between your current camera view and cannon view. It's on one of the earlier levels. Hope this helps!

Ok, so where's the gore mode? I can't find it! Bought the one to get rid of the ads, but I'm an adult and want that mode! Little help please!
