Default Little Red Running Hood (by Luckyfingers Interactive)

Quote:
NZ Release Information:

This game is out in New Zealand. It should be out in the US at about 11 PM EST and in Europe at around 12 AM UK time. The size of the app is 111 MB and the price in NZ is $2.59, which should be equivalent to USD $1.99.

Requirements:

Compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad. Requires iOS 5.1 or later. This app is optimized for iPhone 5.

Little Red Running Hood is a platform runner that will make you sweat! It has levels that require more from the player than the usual runners we see out there.

Starring Reddie and Wolfie, the player must escape from the darkness and the "not that big-bad-wolf" that hunts Reddie, while jumping over obstacles and dangerous places.

- 30 levels that will make you sweat.
- Gorgeous scenery and smart use of it, too.
- Lovable characters with a nice history.
- Original soundtrack by Eirik Suhrke.
- No IAPs. Never. Buy the game and get it whole, with future updates and all.

Default Game Impressions

This is very...so so. It works fine, (except for when it kept crashing repeatedly at first when attempting to load level 10) looks neat enough, plays alright, and just, well, feels all round solidly mediocre.

The levels are finite and the same each time you play them. You are given a very tight time limit, meaning that a mistake (or two) will place you firmly behind the eight ball with respect to finishing the level in time. I suspect this is in place due to the game otherwise lacking any particular challenge. Since the levels never change though, all it means is that you will just have to play them over and over again until you run through them near enough to how the game wants you to. Or you'll give up and look for something more fun to do. Ten levels did it for me.

Almost forgot: the jarring, repetitive music, seemingly running on a five second or so constant loop, adds little in the way of entertainment.

Grabien, thanks for the feedback! I'm one of the developers of the game (we are a duo). All the aspects that you didn't like in the game have been written down, I'll see if we can improve in the next update.

As for the crash, in what device are you running it?

Default Bug fix

Gabrien, we just posted an update of the game. We tested in four iPhones 4S running 6.1.3 and the issue was solved. Hope it solves your problem too.

Because of the update, we got some extra codes, if anyone wants to give the game a shot, here:
  • 3NTRAFX3J3PT
  • 97Y9YWYN3XEE
  • YYEPEH3LHYLX
