App description: * Grand Prize Winner of Tizen App Challenge in Role-Playing and Strategy Games category *

"...provides you with everything a fan of the first stellar outing could have ever hoped for, and then some more." - iFanzine (5.0/5.0)

"Sage Fusion 2 is an interesting game that raises some valid philosophical points and lets you shoot space thugs with dual pistols. Awesome." - Capsule Computers (7.5/10)

"A well crafted RPG novel game, well executed and designed" - Best Tizen Apps (4.5/5.0)

"Kidalang successfully made the perfect composition between exploration and combat so that the game is not boring." - Games In Asia ID

Set in a futuristic universe in which artificial intelligence is considered religious taboo, Sage Fusion 2 tells the adventure of a businessman and his bodyguard who descend to an underground world, trying to get back their reportedly stolen spaceship after it fell and crashed in the middle of the cityan accident behind which lies a conspiracy that involves the galactic government, the military, the church, and centuries-old historical legend.

Sage Fusion 2 is a hybrid between Role-Playing Game (RPG), adventure, and visual novel. This is the sequel of the previously released Sage Fusion game, and is the last chapter which concludes the story. However, the game is designed and written so that new players who haven't played the first game can also play it.

Played the first one and it wasn't bad, but never felt compelled enough to finish it before it got deleted for space.

BTW, looks like the first one will go free at 11 EST so if anyone is on the fence, I'd say give that one a try first.

Hi, I'm from Kidalang, the developer of Sage Fusion and Sage Fusion 2. Thanks for making this thread.

Hopefully we'll have reviews for Sage Fusion 2 soon, but for now, you can read reviews of the previous game to get some idea of what the game is like (in case you haven't played the first game), e.g. http://ifanzine.com/sage-fusion-review/

Some users in this forum have played the first game and liked it; you can read their opinions at http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=163931

As already mentioned in the app description, the core gameplay mechanic of the sequel is still the same as the first game, but we've made various improvements and addressed some shortcomings.

And yes, the first game is currently free, so you can try it before deciding to buy the sequel. However, don't forget that Sage Fusion 2 is also being discounted for a limited time, and you can play the sequel without playing the previous game.

Thanks, and I hope you guys will enjoy the game(s)!

Starting this one now. The first one was great. I still can't figure out where to get the DSP Camera in the first game for the robot-maker though. Anyone know how to get that?

Hi smegly,
Are you still looking for that camera? Here's how you can find it:

It's on one of the stalls at Neo Vatican marketplace. You have to tap on the item (not the seller), and before that you also need to listen to the story of "Proper" and "Profane" from one of the priests outside the basilica.

Btw, Capsule Computers has published a review of Sage Fusion 2: http://www.capsulecomputers.com.au/2...sion-2-review/

This is what the reviewer wrote at the end of the review:

Quote:
"Sage Fusion 2 is more intricate than the simplistic gameplay lets on. Despite the futuristic setting, the core of the game revolves around the conflict between religion and politics, and all those caught in between. Characters are explored, bad guys are punched and t-shirts are sold (it’s a side quest thing). All in all, Sage Fusion 2 is an interesting game that raises some valid philosophical points and lets you shoot space thugs with dual pistols. Awesome."

The first game was absolutely phenomenal! the only complaint I ever heard was that it was a short so those people should be thrilled to hear about the sequel!
