Agreed, extremely odd name for a game. To add, you'll be hard pressed to find a worse app icon in the appstore... On a lighter note, been toughing this game out more and it's really been impressing me. Upgrade your character, items carry over, item usage makes your game last longer, etc. There's some depth here!

Sold after watching the gameplay video. And I agree that the name and icon are a bit vague. A feature I would really love to see in the future would be the addition of Game Center for achievements and leaderboards.
Thanks for the video. I think I enjoyed the commentary "mind blown" as much as learning about the game. Can you still move the board around when you are running and not facing a monster?

The gameplay is actually not similar to Dungeon Raid, but its fun nevertheless. I won't call this a spiritual sequel :- I would expect more from DR 2 but this deserves more attention. Changing the name will be good. Its difficult to inspire any imagination from just a number.
Just watched the TA gameplay video. Sold. Looks like something I'd enjoy more than DR. Edit: Also, considering Hodapp reviews 3 games a year (maybe 2 xP), this is probably something pretty amazing.
So after you reach 10,000,000 points that's it, game over? Is this not endless like Dungeon Raid? (since everyone's comparing it to it)

10000000 is so freaking hard!!! The game is really damn hectic, you don't have any time to think carefully. I'm posting because my iPhone ran out of juice after playing for 2 hours. Current highscore is at 1 million. The whole game is about grinding for more gold and experience.
Eh, get it if you like match 3 + endless runner like jet pack joyride + rpg. There's the luck factor in the match 3 genre. The upgrade process for your castle and equipment is linear.
The pacing is half the fun. It reminds me of Puzzlejuice, my favourite word game on IOS. You won't settle for anything less when you get used to it. Great time waster. Hopefully there will be a nice surprise at the end of it.
