+1! Really great game! It has a ton of content for an absurdly low price. It also plays really well on an iPad, despite it not being universal.

Awesome list. I haven't played some of them, but the ones I have played are awesome stealth games.

I have to admit I'm not very well versed in the FPS realm. Aren't there more where you play in a stealth/passive mode. Thought Gameloft had another big one and the name eludes me.

I actually never played it but it says it's a stealth 3rd person shooter, but I think I remember bad reviews. Has anyone here played?

And are you thinking of Splinter Cell Conviction?

Edit: Nvm, Silent Ops did get terrible reviews

Don't think that was it. It was like Gangstar or GTA but you went through back alleys, hacked alarm systems and crawled through air ducts looking for clues. It was on sale in december.

    VR Missions Ext is great.
Deus Ex: The Fall is a FPS with stealth elements.
Pixel Ninja seems a little dates and has ads, it's good though.
Dynamite Jack is worth a look.
Level 22 has a lighter theme, but is a good stealth game.
Stealth inc. Metal Gear meets Super Meat Boy.
Perfect Cell, a quirky and interesting game with a lot of stealth elements.

I'd highly recommend Deus Ex, VR Missions and Stealth inc most of all.

I think the original title was Shinobi Zen but they changed the title due to some legal issues or something.

EDIT: Did a quick research. It's now called Shadow Zin

Not really a 100% stealth game, but Space Marshals is wonderful for the iOS. You can equip silent weapons such as a bow or throwing knife and outfits to disguise yourself in order to assassinate enemies. The controls feel really great because of the pacing of the game.

I wonder why there are no plans to port Thief1-3 to iOS. It would be perfectly possible as games with better graphics have been ported, and it would be a huge hit considering its fanbase, and how there are little or no stealth games that takes place in medieval/victorian setting.

    This.

Space Marshals almost always favors stealth over in your face combat though thats there as well. Plus first free story update is coming at no additional cost here shortly and SM is currently half priced.
