How do you do this without reclamax?

 

Acquire every card and the Tablet will keep popping up in the center deck.

Ok I just tried COTG and ROTF got to 7 consecutive turns but still can't get the time machine achievement, will continue more later and see how it goes though I got the monster mash achievement in the process lol, most likely it's a bug
