My first instinct was.............. Mercenaries clone. Would seem odd as its not that popular a series but it was the first thing I though of when seeing it.
That'll be a surpise, I doubt it. Their whole marketing idea for ios gaming is clones, and ports of Ubisoft games, so I doubt that the game is at all original. Doesn't even look close to Wild Frontier, and I highly doubt that gameloft would make a krpg game.
To increase their success, they have to listen to the consumers. And their youtube comments seem to consist of two main complaints, the "UPGRdeE Ur ENNGINE" comments and the "MAKe SOMTING ORUGINAL!1!!1!" comments. They've listen to their fans by using UE3 in future games, so it wouldn't surprise me if they try and make some original games. I've been waiting to see if they would for quite some time now, and I think maybe they'll start with this game
This sounds like a very good possibility Crex. Seeing that Gameloft has NO originality and just COPIES everyone else's ideas, all we have to do is hash out what they haven't done on iOs yet. I can't think of any Pirate games in the past year that were popular enough to COPY, so my guess is a "Pirates of the Carribean game"?

Im hoping this is not a clone of anything but something original from gameloft. Even a cover band can only cover songs for so long, they have to start making their own songs to get to stardom.
Ideas: Dragon Age But I really think it will be Assassins Creed. He has throwing knives on his shoulder. BTW his tattoo says "By Land and By Sea"
they feel completeley different. Also, the NFS series is more realistic. I'm guessing they will call this game "Outdated Combat"
