As hard as it is for us to wait and wonder, I can't imagine the stress the developers are feeling right now; especially with their online community turning on them in frustration.
Maybe the game or app as it is known on the appstore is now on Processing for Appstore, but for some reason it doesnt change to Ready for Sale. Would be interesting to ask Trent if that's the case.
Would be more interesting if Trent kept us informed. Not as if it takes a great deal of effort to post here himself instead of all this endless speculation. He knows we are here, and has posted before.
It's the fact that this is not normal behavior for the App Store that makes itchy gamers start considering conspiracy theories. In cases like this, a little information goes a long way to calming the pitchfork wielding mob. I'm surprised he doesn't get that.
Actually it's more common than you think. For some reason sometimes apps get delay in the processing for appstore status.
How can they give information if they don't get any feedback from Apple? Trent have repeatedly made it clear on Twitter, that he have no idea why Apple haven't released the game yet, even though it is approved. He can't give what he doesn't have.
Sorry but that's my point. At least put out updates that he is waiting too. There are a lot of posts on this forum alone lamenting that Trent is silent. I'm just saying that sometimes no news is news; like in cases like this. Cheers.
