The second I’ve launched the game, it indeed felt like Transistor (which is a good thing). I have an issue with the backgrounds of stages, is it just me or the background image’s blur feels a bit too much? Somehow it distracts me.
@bx59 what device are playing on? Could you eventually post a screenshot? There’s this blur effect on the background to increase the overall feeling of depth, but it never felt distractingly. But I remember playing the game back in 2013 on iPad mini 2 and that I needed some time to getting used to it. Might’ve been the reason of half a resolution maybe? I tried the new version yesterday and didn’t find any issue with the visuals though. Everything was crispy clear and smooth on my iPad 6th gen 2018.
For some reason I can't download the new version. I hit the buy button and nothing happens. I've got 10 gig of free space, old version isn't on my phone, I restarted it. Restored my phone like last friday, just to clean out the cobwebs. Not sure what to try next.
Looks nice. Never played it before. Does it have gamecenter progress saving so you can play it across iPhone and iPad too ?
I’m playing on Xs Max, I somehow can’t get used to it though :/ Will edit this post with a screenshot!
I installed this new version, and interestingly enough, was able to unlock the full game for a free, in app purchase. I had owned the older version, and perhaps the new developer is making this free for owners of the original version. It’s a nice gesture on their part if that is the case.
