I mentioned in the comments when it was on TA that it had been approved in Korea. If you go to the game's site, it used to have app store links, and the only other language the site was in was Korean.
I hope this comes out soon. Waiting for Zenonia (5 days!) and Peggle (2 days!) is going to be painful. (Days until it goes into review).
I've been searching iTunes Store everyday since I heard this game was going to be released. I'm amazingly excited.
It's funny. The only app that comes up when you search for it, is a book about President Obama. Made me giggle.
Popcap is a legitimate game developer. They would have the benefit of the doubt, whereas an independent group with a game that has a strange interface having to do with uploading and downloading could be different.
I have pretty much given up on this one. It's been awhile since it was submitted to appstore. It might have something to do with copyright concerns with the uploading and downloading of songs.
If I'm understanding this right, this app has the ability to create a rhythm game out of my own MP3s on the spot (detecting frequencies or something)? It might even be better than DDRS, which is my most played iPhone game right now. Hope this comes out soon.
The beat "maker" (i.e. what generates the notes) is similar to AudioSurf's but this one seems a lot more intellegent.
If that new Final Fantasy game, Vanguard Storm was submitted on April 27 and was approved finally, might be a few more days until BeatRider comes out.
Something to really revolutionize these tap to the beat music games would be a game where you have to tap one button to play it, and then get the notes right when they come.... kinda like Guitar Hero
