Finally Thank you for the number of games FINALLY someone understands it, we get bored, then we try to play games with our feet!
I'd suggest "one tap" games.. Basically games where you can touch anywhere on the screen to jump, without needing any precision. So an endless runner maybe.. I've tried to play Sky Defenders with the iPhone resting on top of my shoe. Bizarre and hilarious... Much like this topic. For kicks tried it just now: 69 bots destroyed.
Playing temple run straight WITHOUT cracks, jumping, trees, other obstacles (75% of the game). The only thing to do is tilt...... yeah there's doodle jump.
