Currently probably have to say Elemental TD...but really hard to pick favorite as so many are really good and add variety so definitely wouldn't want to be stuck playing just one. Yes iTD is still great too..never gets good love.
Oh and great idea putting a game that's not even out in the poll OP. Instead you could have put iTD there but now you have a poll that doesn't mean crap because people voted for a game (stardefense) that isn't out.
I tried the lite version of 7cities but wasn't really impressed. If someone wants to explain why its more fun or "better", please do.

+1 for the Creeps. Btw, to those saying it is an easy TD game, try getting a gold star (perfect) badge on every level on hard mode; it's not that easy.
Hmm, they removed it from the appstore. It's not even there anymore, guess it wasn't getting enough d/l's
actually the lite was getting crap loads of downloads, but not the regular version. when they dropped the price they got rid of the lite.
GeoDefence because of its unique design and tons of levels which are incredibly challenging. If they ever made Bloons TD however, it would blow all of these out of the water.
I own all of those TD games except for Star Defense and my #1 pick will be The Creeps!, it's my fav TD game, the update could have been another TD game on it's own. My runner up is Fieldrunners.
my personal favorite is The Creeps! the gameplay is solid and the graphics are great, with no lag. I'm also looking forward to Star Defense from ngmoco
Dungeon Defense and ElementalMonster are great. The new 3D pirate one (I forget the name) tempts me as well.
