Yeah, you send the crash report to their email. Facebook is for posting in game bugs, graphical problems, and opinions. I don't know why your comment was removed. So far, I have posted 3 comments and they're all still there.
Even though I told them my iPhone was jailbroken and sent them my udid whenever I sync with iTunes now it tells me that this application can't be installed because I am not on the latest firmware. Going to try on my iPad soon.
not sure what to do...i did not crash ...only hanged for a real long time at start up......should i still submit a crash report?.....
Right now, it's the only thing you really can do besides wait for a new build. Though, I'm pretty sure the other beta testers have, hopefully, sent their reports.
I got the game now but someone on the FB page needs it too so send him the link when its done uploading!
EDIT: The Company said it was fine but there are users here who shed tears I posted a link to the beta app.
I see where you're coming from, but the file was made public when they decided to use Facebook for beta testing. I really do hate the Facebook idea. [[EDIT]] Yeah, thinking about it, just PM the guy on Facebook. The point of beta is for a select group of serious people doing quality assurance. [[EDIT]] You should probably take it down from here as well!!!
we normally do a questionnaire with beta tests but the developer specifically asked us to do it this way because they wanted to hopefully get a discussion started with the beta testers about various issues. That way the input can be more active and some of you can see their comments that could remind you of or think of different issues that you may or may have not come across.
