Hello everyone, For all of you who are wondering, we're full throttling toward a late summer release date. In the meantime, we'll be releasing other gameplay videos as well as classes overview and other sneak peaks. So follow us here on the forums, or on Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/BravuraQuestRush The Bravura Team
Hello everyone, believe it or not, Bravura: Quest Rush is almost ready! In the meantime, here's the third early gameplay video we promised, giving a brief overview of the whole Companion / Party system we designed for the game. EARLY GAMEPLAY VIDEO #3 - "Companions" The game's release date draws near, so I guess there's not much to said beside "keep in touch"! - The Bravura Team * OP edited, as well, to include video link.
Good news everyone! ...Have you access to the Canadian or Finnish Itunes store, by any chance? Well, now you can download and try "Bravura - QR", for free! Here's the link: Canada - http://bit.ly/1ccUtLy Finland - https://itunes.apple.com/fi/app/bravura-quest-rush/id690536249?mt=8 We just started our open beta, there on the canadian store, and everyone is invited to jump in. Then they can come back here and praise our talent or jump all over us! Or you can contact us at [email protected] Any comments and suggestions are welcome. The Bravura Team
We only released the game in Canada and Finland for now. So don't expect a US release in a couple of days, or you'll be dissapointed! Also, fixed the download URL.
Just did the first 2 missions, but i've replayed the first mission like 4 times, to figure out what "All quest rush obtained" objective is, but couldnt. How to complete the third star? EDIT: Somehow i completed the "All quest rush obtained" objective in mission 1-5, but dont know how i did.
Well, thanks for your fast feedback! You gain a "Quest Rush" for completing a Quest under its time limit, that's all. I'll double check the initial tutorial and on-screen notices, if that was something you did not understand.
Thanks. The tutorial was "on-the-fly" so i may have missed that. Here's another thing i have noticed which could improve... During "mission completion summary screen," it might be a good idea to integrate a "tap to skip/hasten chest opening animations" This is a solid action-oriented runner. Loving it. EDT: Additional observations. Swipes arent as responsive as they should be. Jumping is hard to execute, and so are lunge attacks. Havent really found a reason to jump back, so i havent tested their responsiveness.
We're currently in the process of fine-tuning swipes, gesture recognitions and such. As for jumping back, you can either use that to grab some quest item you left behind, or dodge dangerous attacks - but that happens later on in the game.
Cool beans. Im pretty sure this release is a sort of open beta, so im just glad it's out and i can play it this time and point out some things i notice which may or may not be intentional. I can really see how good this game will get once kinks and rough spots can be smoothed out. Cheers!
Any way of showing what the Quest Rush goal for each level? Or did I miss that somewhere? I agree on fine tuning the swipes, sometimes I don't get the response I'm looking for, but boy oh boy am I having fun with this. Can't wait to get further into the game. Are there bosses, or just quests?
