I'm assuming you're referring to the IGN one, but it still says the end of the week. The week isn't over yet, and we all know how inconsistent Apple's review process is.
No.....because IGN was the main source of the whole new map coming out. So every other site just re wrote what IGN said and gave their estimated release date.
