I think it would just be a Hard mode. As for this game.. I'm going to give it a try. It doesn't seem like my kind of thing but I do enjoy trying weird games out because sometimes try turn out better than I imagined.
The update puts horrible animated adverts on the main game screen, which totally kills the cool vibe of the spider. The devs are fully entitled to use adverts in their game, of course, but they don't mention it at all in their update description.
Yeah as soon as I fired up the game after downloading the update and I saw that banner ad at the top of the screen my heart sank. Can we have a iap to get rid of the ads? I'd drop a buck for that...
Click the settings cog on the bottom right, there's a button there to pay to remove ads. Let Mr know how much it is if you do it.
You've gotta update though, this update is fantastic. The costumes gives the game a lot more depth, and you unlock them very fairly, no payment necessary. Totally fair model. More importantly, there's a new character that has a completely different and difficult play style. Anyway, I clearly recommend it
Game is utterly unplayable for me since the update, on first load I got as far as opening a pack? Game crashed and won't load past title screen now.
The last update has totally screwed up my game. I bought the ad removal yonks ago, but now I have ads. Occasionally they don't show but mostly they are there. Restore purchases doesnt work. I had 70 presents that I'd collected, (I like to open in 100s) all gone after updating. My number of falls have reset to zero, and I have yet to receive a gold gift for playing, all that happens is the timer resets. The present drop has greatly reduced, or at least it has for me, thankfully, my high scores and costumes are all still there. Looking at the reviews on AppStore it might just be something went wrong for me, I've reported to devs. I don't mind paying for ad removal again, I'm more disappointed my fall count reset
