Hey everyone! We've been watching the thread and picked up a bunch of issues that needed to be fixed up. We're getting ready to submit an update with bug fixes, performance upgrades, and a new tileset. We are waiting for our MFi controller that shipped to be delivered so we can look into adding controller support in a future update. Thanks everyone who has bought the game (and IAP's) to help us continue doing what we love to do. We are thrilled that we have bounced back!
Thanks for the update! Quick question - can you briefly explain how level randomization is achieved? I.e. is it a bunch of chunks that are assembled for each level, etc?
Nice... new tileset looks nice. Will there be new enemies and higher upgrade tiers too? Maybe a new boss?
Thanks. No, this is pretty much just a bug fix release catching a few things that got missed in the beta. Thought we'd drop in a new tileset since it was pretty quick.
Picking this one up now, looks sweet I might pick up the LoE games too. Edit: loving this, awesome game, awesome progression.
I freakin love this game, but after hitting level 60-whatever-I'm-up-to-now and buying everything, I'm CRAVING more. Please, for the love of saviors of my constant boredom, give me more stuff to buy! I hate hoarding (in-game)cash, so give me a fountain in which to cleanse myself. PS: I love you (all).
Seems you guys got yourself another big hit. Loved Random Heroes and LoE, but this game really did take the cake from my hands—And shoved it full of armor and tons of BADASS WEAPONS THAT MAKE YOUR ENEMIES EXPLOOOOOOOODE! (There is a reference here, if anyone gets it, then you're amazing) I'm marginally surprised about the spikes in enemy toughness. This actually prevents me from rushing the game like I could Rogue Legacy (which this game has quite a few inspirations from) in 20 minutes. So far it's taken me... 5 hours, and I'm not even up to the Butcher yet, all because I want to get the best gear I can get. Also, is there any way to complete the 'get x amount of silver coins' missions? My quest log is filled with 40, 60, and 80 silver coin quests, and at my current standpoint, they're impossible to complete. Shame, too, because I loved to do quests to splurge my cash out at upgrading my dude, too. Also, no naming system? Pfft, seems pointless, I know, but I have a badass name to call my dude.
Seems the latest update renders the game inoperable on iPhone 4 (iOS 7.1). I just get a black screen when launching.
This is actually a bug with iOS 7.1 and all Unity games, new and old. Unity Developer Forum Link As soon as there is a real fix, we will be sure to implement it! Sorry for the delay.
Oh hey, I let it sit for a good 45 seconds and it finally finished loading. That should be a livable workaround until there's a Unity fix.
