panlong and love I've been trying to get a rainbow dragon by breeding a panlong and love and so far no lock has anyone been able to make one with those?
I have gotten a sun and moon with this combo so far soooo many we will get lucky and get a rainbow.... I was so sure I had finally gotten a rainbow, then seen the grey : (

Just keep breeding the same two dragons over and over again, the firefly and swamp were the ones I got mine with, lvl 10. Add me, krugalex
Works I got rainbow first time with level 10 blazing and ice without all challenges completed and in normal breeding cave

I did it! I still haven't quite figured out exactly how to do this. Although, I bred a level 9 firefly and level 8 seaweed and got it first try. Try building the habitat first. Reply if you have any questions! I also did it in the normal breeding cave.
I know To get a rainbow you breed blue fire and crystal both 10 level sometimes you may get moon, sun, leap Year ( every 4 yrs) scorch or firefly, crystal and blue fire
DragonVale - Rainbow Dragon Breed. Howdy i'm rather new too this cool forum, ive just started playing dragonvale over the last 2-3 weeks and i'm level 17. Now for the reason i made this post, i have just obtained my first 48hour rainbow dragon, firstly i have completed all the challenges in game if that helps, 2nd when i breed with mt dragons i always use level 10s. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I used: (1st dragon entered) firefly, (2nd dragon entered) seaweed. This did not take me 1 attemp, it didnt take me 10 attempts, but it took me over 16 attempts!!! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I used a breeding island if that helps. P.S, feel free too add me in game i shall have my dragon in 2days
