Bit more info in this article at cult of mac. Maybe there's hope that they'll proceed with legal measures against him...they certainly should. I thought they had the trademark in Europe - surely they could still have the game on those stores?
I know the game is so closely tied to the name, but if they can come up with such a cool game, surely they're creative enough to find another name. OR, just hire someone to headshot that Tim Langdell guy; problem solved.
I hope not I was looking at Edge for a while and been on the fence some what but I guess if it gets back in on the App Store I better get it..

Well I'm writing an email to the IGDA complaining about Langdell. I would suggest that the best way we could help is to let our voices be heard. http://www.igda.org/ Find their contact info. I am emailing their head office. You can email Langdell himself there as well but I'm not doing that. It will be a professional sounding letter, not "Tim Sucks the big one!" or something like that. I don't know if this will help or what else we can do but I would say that every voice counts.
